A tempting dessert, traditionally associated with ‘Eid-ul-Fitr’, Muzafar Sewain is a treat for every sweet-tooth! A great level of expertise is required to prepared this classic dry sewain, such that each strand of the hair-fine sewain soaks up the ‘qimam’ (sugar syrup), yet retains its shape and glossiness without clumping. This is the reason why it is also known as ‘Qimami Sewain’.
Drizzled lightly with fine almond flakes and ‘chandi ka warq’ (edible silver foil made by hand pounding), this is a dessert which attracts everyone.
We recommend that you serve it with ‘malai’(cream) or hot milk, and lots of love.
